Welcome to Mira Mesa Jiu Jitsu fitness and self – defense. This is that life time experience for us all. We are now growing our Jiu Jitsu family and becoming Mira Mesa Jiu Jitsu to build our one of a kind Women’s only self defense fitness training led by our own Coach Chris.

These Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday 6:00Am to 6:45 AM NoN stop Fun, NoN Stop New and best of all building a better you.
